video conferencing has become an every day things, not only businesses but also households. The practice has developed rapidly, many of the loved and has expanded to different business models. The history of video conferencing can be traced back to 1964, when visitors to the world exhibition in New York got its first glimpse of an early version of the video conferencing service today, the concept called Picture Tel. It was conceptualized by AT & T, the telephone company founded by Alexander Graham Bell himself.

In 1970, the concept was popular and a lot of hope for all, and the AT & T predicted that one million phone will set the image should be in place in 1980. But when prices began to $ 160 per month, plus the cost tool that was very heavy.

But the mid-1080s, companies other than AT & T began to release more versions of the tools and a few years later, Picuretel market in 1986, sharply lower prices. Later, in 1994 with the release of CU-SeeMe for Windows, video conferencing started to become available on a large scale, and a decade later, their use had increased by at least a hundredfold.
